I had a bad experience with sales, and the level of customer service didn't improve it in the least, I don't recommend it.

Very disappointing experience buying property through this company. The brokers were unresponsive, rarely answered calls, and failed to resolve even basic queries. There was zero transparency throughout the process and absolutely no focus on customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise thinking twice before working with these brokers.

Now we have been hit by such an inferior pair of agents that this gives the whole company 1 star. In my entire life of selling 5 apartments, I have never met an agent who lies so blatantly as ours. As a bonus: - The agent has been asked several times to notify us as soon as the screening ends. At worst, the notification comes an hour after the agent has left the apartment. This is not convenient if you leave the apartment with animals and children. - The broker tricked me into renewing the contract with an "agreed" viewing that then unexpectedly didn't happen as soon as the names were on paper - When you point out to the broker about things that he or she is not doing, it is completely pointless to expect any apology, the fault is always somewhere else - The broker has not properly familiarized themselves with the information about the apartment for sale - The broker arranges viewings for the exact days when it has been announced that the apartment cannot be shown - The apartment's advertising statistics are no longer sent in the mail at all I don't know where such individuals end up in the customer service industry, but it is worth going through the seller's roster now. It is not at all okay that the party purchasing the service is looked down upon so badly.
