Our case was handled by Juuso Lahti, Master of Laws. Communication was smooth and to the point. Juuso was very good at summarizing my own thoughts in an understandable and clear form. I liked that he did not direct our actions or decisions, but rather that he first asked our opinion on the matter, after which he brought his own perspective to the situation. The smoothness of the matter was also facilitated by the fact that I had compiled a really extensive material myself and structured it in a smart and easily accessible form. There was a lot of material, so that was a lifeline. I especially liked how the costs were kept as low as possible, for example, that I dug up the materials directly for Juuso, so that he saved time and we saved money. This helped us stay within the compensation granted by the legal expenses insurance and was not even tight. Our experience was that the matter was thoroughly investigated and handled properly from start to finish. We had to look for a long time for a manager for our case, with whom our interests coincide, I think in situations like this it is more the rule than the exception. Especially when it comes to big things, then you have to find a person with whom things can be handled, but above all, chemistry coincides. However, we worked together for several months, so we have to be on the same side.
They shared false information, and of course they charged for it. They charged twice for the work, which - well, the work - probably mostly made the other party laugh.
