Really competent guys, the offer was made based on the need and the price was exactly what was agreed upon. The construction site was cleaned up at the end of each day and no trash was left behind. We ordered a machine-seamed roof from Taitokato for our 1930s log house. Communication with the company's representatives was easy and meaningful from the very beginning. The salesperson was polite and knowledgeable, and even waited a long time with the offer because the start of the renovation was delayed for reasons beyond our control. The renovation itself went great, and TaitoKato's employees worked long hours and the workmanship is wonderful. The joint WhatsApp group was really handy and it's great that you can still get such personal service in the construction industry. If there was one thing that could have been done differently, it would have been nice to mention at the quote stage that the appearance of the rooflights' sheeting would change. A small thing, and it doesn't affect functionality, but in restoration projects like this it's always nice to know things in advance, because my own wish is to keep the house as original as possible. However, I have to pinch one star about the subcontractors with whom the cooperation didn't go so well. We had two broken windows due to the scaffolding workers and the hedge is low in places. Similarly, the chimney builders made quite a mess, including the ventilation ducts, and two windows were also broken. Taitokatto, however, repaired these messes properly and compensated us for the costs incurred, and sincerely apologized for the matter. Despite everything, it was a five-star roof repair (but maybe two-star subcontractors), and I can highly recommend this company for all roof repairs. The proper handling of the setbacks further reinforced this feeling!

TaitoKatto Oy renewed the leaking tiled roof of a 30-year-old detached house with its subfloor and also arranged additional insulation for the attic. During the sales visit, the issues were carefully explained while examining the roof and the need for a complete renovation was justified. The progress of the work and the next steps were actively communicated on the renovation WhatsApp channel, and the costs of additional work were agreed in advance for any surprises that arose. The project only lasted a couple of days longer than originally agreed and all the ordered items were delivered. The installation team was professional and it was obvious from everything that they had not been doing the first roof. There are no special remarks after the work.

A very successful complete roof renovation for a 1984 tiled roof. Everything was replaced, including the plywood and skylights. A challenging project (eurohouse), but this team clearly specializes in more than just straight roofs. During the project, the location of two skylights was changed, where the roofers, together with the customer, really professionally determined what was best for the customer and the windows were placed exactly where they needed to be. In addition, the roof was raised for ventilation, and the ventilation of the upper floor and the possibility of additional insulation were also improved. The installation of the new roof extractor and other penetrations were carried out professionally, exactly where the customer wanted them. Clear pricing and the customer's wishes were well taken into account right from the start. The seller was professional, did not intimidate like the representatives of a few other roofing companies. The only thing to note is that it would be a good idea for the actual installer/foreman to visit the construction site before signing the contract, so that all materials can be included in the offer right away. The needs for changes noticed during the project were communicated clearly, along with an estimate of what was required (there is always something funny about an old roof). An extremely good bonus was the visits of the supervisor, who was able and had time to advise on matters not related to the renovation itself. Even though the renovation was done in winter, the protection was so good that the resident did not have to worry. And if the renovation team promised something, it also happened exactly as promised and on schedule. During the renovation, there was a WhatsApp group where all the people involved and the client kept in touch, even if the client was not there.
