Power is one of my favorite stores in Espoo. One of the biggest advantages is the large amount of parking available, which makes shopping very convenient. The store itself is spacious, well-organized, and has a great selection of products. Recently, I was looking for a robot vacuum cleaner and checked several other stores in Espoo, but unfortunately none of them had the model I wanted in stock. When I visited Power, they had it available, and I was able to purchase it without any issues. I was also impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They were helpful, polite, and provided a great customer experience. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a wide product selection, good availability, and professional service.

Power offers discounts but unable to deliver the product to its customers. Very bad experience with Power Suomenoja. Never recommended as reliable store.

Very poor customer service. For non-Finnish customers, 0 help and service. Waited for around 40 minutes or more, no one helped us. Won't visit this branch again and will not recommend anyone.

I really appreciate how Power Suomenoja treats its customers nowadays, especially as a foreigner. In the old store, the staff would only speak Finnish with me, but in the new store, everyone communicates in English, which makes a huge difference. Additionally, the bonus system and the 60-day return policy are great incentives that keep me choosing Power. The staff is also very polite and promptly addresses my questions, even in the online store. These improvements have significantly enhanced my shopping experience.
