EDIT: 2 microinverters broke or stopped working or something after around 10 months of use (sometime during winter when I had no reason to check the solar production), that is 4 solar panels out of I tried to contact the company and had a lot of issues getting an answer, finally they promised to fix it in March. That was 4 months ago and I am still waiting. That is most of the summer with just about half of the solar production out of use. Support has entirely forgotten the issue I guess despite me reminding them. There is only apologies and no action taken. I guess the company cares just about nothing after making the sell. I'm sure now that the review is changed they will suddenly care a lot more... OLD REVIEW -> Had a really good experience with them and the installation of the solar panels. They also provided help as I needed to renovate the electricity set up of the whole house. They provided very good service in English as well. The panels are working great after a few months and the microinverters they use are a really great option for our use case. Can definitely recommend them.

Never again. The installation of the VILP took 6 weeks, and was a complete farce. The wrong device arrived twice and once a very wet indoor unit. After the first frosts came, I asked the importer's representative to check if the device was working properly when it was so cold. Loistox is no longer interested in aftermarket or warranty issues. The device was supposed to have 3250g of refrigerant, there was 470g. There was no leak, meaning the refrigerant was lost somewhere during the installation. Buy your VILP elsewhere.

Everything went smoothly and as agreed 14.3.2024: rated four stars, installation went as expected but it's been over a month and the panels still haven't been connected to the grid. They first didn't notify the grid company at all and now it's backfired because the required attachment was missing.

The installation date was agreed well in advance, and the schedule was kept! The cables were bundled properly, so they weren't left hanging from the ceiling. The job was done during the day and a notification was sent to Oom that evening. I was able to connect the panels to the network the next day, so the job worked for Oom too.

From the first contact, the service was absolutely amazing from the customer's perspective. We had to replace an old system with a new one, and Loistox never saw it as hopeless, but thanks to them, the entire system turned from our depths of despair into productive solar energy again. The first call to Loistox made an impression when they apologized for our current situation, even though it was a mess caused by a completely different company. A truly 6/5 experience! The home visit and planning, receiving and accepting the offer were arranged easily and quickly. The system installation and all the repairs that needed to be made to the old system were handled by us in one day. I warmly recommend Loistox to anyone who is considering purchasing solar panels or updating an old system. Friendly, prompt, humorous and customer-oriented service from start to finish. Thank you!
