If possible, I would give Solarvoima's operations at our site no less than five and a half stars! Sales understood our needs correctly and did not try to 'oversell'. The installation schedule in March was excellent - the installation took place just two weeks after the order. The installers' professionalism, diligence, attitude and friendliness, as well as the company's project management deserve special mention. Nothing was tried to be done quickly, but the work was carried out with great care. In addition to the panels, a hybrid inverter, Lifepo batteries and a backup center were installed at our site. The end result and impression is excellent, and the yield of the panels has exceeded our expectations despite our inconvenient location in Otalampi, Vihti. Big thanks to Saulus, Eetu & Erik! The follow-up phase after the installation has also worked great. The project management has been very accessible, and has provided quick and good answers and helped with post-optimization of settings, etc. I am really happy that I chose Solarvoima to implement the project, and I will warmly recommend the company's high-quality service to others.

A sloping tiled roof is a difficult place for panel installers. The original installation was certainly done according to the instructions, but last winter's record snow load was still too much. A large number of roof tiles cracked and broke under the brackets. Solarvoima redid the installation by significantly increasing the number of brackets. Naturally, they did it within the installation warranty. Points for Solarvoima for that.
Very good and friendly service from the first sales contact and the planning of the work to the handover of the installations. The installation team was motivated for their work and the work was quick. Seven stars for the installers, as they even managed to tell us laymen about the progress of the work.
