This is one of the oldest buildings on the Otaniemi campus, built in 1959 and renovated in 2001. It was designed by A. Pernaja & N.-H. Sandell, not Alvar Aalto. It currently houses the University's Department of Civil Engineering, offices of Aalto University Campus & Real Estate (ACRE), and a coworking space (Living+).
