The car needed to have a defective rear bumper protection replaced by another company. DD Fix agreed on an invoicing authorization with the other company, and the agreed measures included washing the car and replacing the protection. However, the protection was not replaced on the first visit, but only a piece of it was cut out from the corner. This did not fix the problem, and the membrane continued to collect water underneath. I told them several times on site that the membrane fold seemed loose and collected water more widely than just from one corner. The technical manager of the large repair shop chain that paid for the work also had the same opinion. When I contacted the company again about the matter, the response was still dismissive, even though replacing the membrane had been the originally agreed measure: “Really special, having done these things, I question the claim a little…” However, a second visit was arranged very quickly for the next day, and the membrane was replaced. The result of the work is not finished: The film is over 10 cm shorter than the original without being announced and it is cut at an angle. In addition, the car was not washed despite the agreement. What was particularly disappointing was that the shop's communication emphasized the professional experience of the person doing the work, even though the result of the work did not match the self-confidence with which the matter was commented on. The customer experience was poor because the agreed replacement was not made on the first visit, the matter required a separate new contact and a repeat visit, and the final result has not been finished.

A year old black car went to a polishing shop + ceramic coating. The result of the work was very good, nice and knowledgeable guy. I also got good advice for the future. I have no experience yet about the durability of the coating.
I chose the place based on reviews and recommendations and gave it stars based on my experience. Excellent quality of work and finished result. The car windows were tinted very neatly and the service was professional from start to finish. A full five star performance.
