Fiksers was asked for a quote for five different items. A quote was promised during a quote visit for the next day. Nothing was heard. The email inquiry was not answered. When I called a week later, I was told that both the employees and the quote estimator were all sick. The email inquiries were not answered anyway. After several calls and weeks of waiting, a quote came for one item under the name of a contract program. Never for four. For less than one day of work, including travel, the labor charge according to the quote, calculated at an hourly rate, was more than two working days. For materials, almost double the coverage, even though it had been agreed otherwise. A fixed-price quote is said to be made "on the safe side". When invoicing at an hourly rate, the "satisfaction guarantee" according to the service promise remains payable by the customer. The inquiries regarding the quote were not answered. Unsubstantiated service promises, wasted time, and truly unprofessional, amateurish behavior.

Friendly service. The washing machine was installed on the same day and the installer arrived at the agreed time. However, the installer had run out of extension pieces for the washing machine hose, which is why he had to drill a small hole in the cabinet. He tried to dispose of the waste (pieces of the sink cabinet and paper) through the toilet bowl, which got blocked. He then had to manually pick up the waste from the bowl and put it in the trash can. Next time, it would be better to pay more attention to proper waste disposal...

There were a lot of small repairs to do at home and I wanted to get things done before Midsummer, I was able to get everything done on time.

The maintenance man arrived on time and fixed the TV to the wall. There was quite a bit of rock flying onto the floor from the drilling, but everything was cleaned up before leaving. Polite attitude.
