The renovation workers walked into the apartment with their own keys, without notice or permission, mumbled something about the ceiling lamp sockets and the light bulb went off, the matter was reported to the management and the rental company. No response, no apology, nothing related to the matter, even though it was completely illegal activity.

So close to Christmas I asked for a quote for a leak test for a small project, I expected to get an answer after Christmas, it came right away and it was good. At the same time it said that there would be a possibility of getting the test in a couple of days, all I had to do was order it and I got a response within half an hour. Now the work is done and I got the results the next day. There can be no better individual service anywhere, every message was answered, we were told when we were going to the project and when the work was done we were notified. Great work, well I had already remembered Vertia from my previous experiences, but this was an overkill! THANK YOU
