Electrical Service Kipinä

Electrician Lasse came to install a slightly more challenging ceiling light in the living room. The time was agreed upon flexibly, the work was done quickly and professionally, my views were listened to and I am more than satisfied with the end result. There were some challenges in ordering the work from the company, apparently due to email problems, but when I called, things were sorted out quickly with a nice customer service representative. Overall, good service.

Bought an inverter (ilmalämpöpumppu) and installation from them two years ago. Contract was made in February with agreed installation in May. I didn't hear anything back and contacted them again in Mid-May. They didn't reply until the end of the month. I had to call their customer service multiple times and they failed to follow up as agreed every time. On the day they finally agreed to do it in late June, the installer didn't show up in the morning as agreed. I had to call multiple times again and they finally sent someone to do it in the evening. Two years later, I started having issues with the inverter and contacted another company to service it. They informed me that the external unit was installed incorrectly at a low height. During the maintenance, they also discovered that there was live electric current running into the body of the inverter because of incorrectly done electric work. This could have killed someone. The insulation through my brick wall had also been done in a very haphazard way and not properly sealed and had to be redone. I can't recommend their service at all.

Super fast and friendly service by Jesse. Really nice work sorting out cables and switches in our old house. Additionally solved some other minor electrical problems that we hadn't asked for beforehand. Would use Kipinä any time again.

Didn't answer questions from offer request. When responding to offer and asking for responses, never heard back.

Kipina´s electrician has installed the electric socket just above the sink under the drip tray for huge amount of money...and then the company have been trying to convince us that this looks good in our new Ikea kitchen. On the other side of the kitchen they placed the electric socket output just behind the Ikea kitchen cupboard...and they wanted to make us pay for it. Moreover they sent us an invoice of items we have never ever ordered, neither received...
