A positive experience in every way. Solvotec was able to recommend a good approach to the electrical connection of my house. The implementation was on time. Flexible and efficient. I recommend.

At first everything seemed good. It was an electrical update for the entire apartment (103 square meters). An electrical plan of course and the work is done flexibly on the customer's terms. Then, when the renovation started to get really intense, Hannes announced that he would be back to work in 11 days - and this is not a matter of prioritization, but all customers are equal to him. We were forced to terminate the contract and hire another company to complete the renovation on time. This is where the problems started - financing and arguing. A few highlights from the end result: 1) Hannes was never able to do that basic electrical plan 2) When I checked the billing for electrical supplies, I noticed that Hannes charged an average of 83% more than the standard prices. When I asked about this, his answer was that he does not have to disclose his billing criteria in any way and that he bills all his customers the same way 3) in the end Hannes himself understood the questionability of his billing, and did not charge for supplies, which left the doubt that we had already paid so much for the work alone (approx. €3,500 for the unfinished project) that he did not have to suffer any loss at all 4) at the end of all this, Hannes called me an exploiter who does his work for free and a "f***ing s**t". I have recordings of all the above facts and s**ts that I can share if necessary. For these reasons, we cannot recommend Solvotec and Hannes Hämäläinen for any project larger than the installation of a mirror cabinet or an electric car charging post. P.S. as an interesting detail, Hannes claimed that he installs 14 sockets per hour if necessary. However, he understandably did not show off this ability because we had terminated the contract with him.

The intention was to install a car charger in a detached house, I got a good suggestion for a device with exchange electricity optimization and load management. The installation went better than expected and the charger's cable runs were nicely hidden and the end result was great. Everything worked as it should!
