Very nice shop and really rear and professional gear. Stuff also very professional and attentive to every detail.
Their electric bike service was excellent and the serviced bike went through a year (~1200 km) of hard use without any major issues. The only small imperfection was tightening of thread locked screws without renewing the thread lock. That caused some lost screws during uneven icy roads and resulting crazy vibrations.
I've been a long term client of Classic Bike and everything was fine until recent visit. Among my purchases you can find two bikes, helmets, locks, pedals, etc. But yesterday (Friday 9/29 around 17.30) when I came to the shop to buy some tyres for my wife's Brompton something bad happened. I don't know if it was the bad mood of the salesman or something else. But while discussing these tyres and how we can order them (they were out of stock), the guy chiseled in and asked us how can he help us. We politely said that we are deciding still and he proposed to GO OUTSIDE AND DO IT THERE. We were not loud and I was so overwhelmed by the rudeness of this guy so we just went away without ordering them. I think it was my last time visiting this shop and I will need to find another Brompton dealer.
Amazing guidance to select a saddle. A lot of models to be tested. One of the best experience that I've had in Helsinki's bike store.
