Jugofin professionally and carefully replaced the bathroom furniture and cleaned and coated the tiles. In addition, Jugofin was understanding and flexible when it came to the furniture being late. In addition, the results of the other renovations (painting the ceilings and walls and sanding and varnishing the floor) were very good. The friendliness and attentiveness of all Jugofin employees was also particularly great.
We had a big renovation that needed help finishing. The previously booked repair company was unexpectedly unable to come, so I contacted Jugofin on Tuesday evening. They came that same evening to do a survey, and the next day they were ready to start the work. They got everything agreed upon (and a few extras) done, and I will continue to use their services. After a competitive bidding process, I ended up choosing Jugofin to carry out a bathroom renovation in an apartment building. I didn't have to regret it for a day. Communication was really easy from the start. I was informed about every step. I was especially relieved that they also took an active role in dealing with the property manager and the housing company supervisor. The security of the apartment was good, but what was even better, the common areas of the housing company, including the elevator, were also well protected. The most positive surprise was the company's flexibility and help when the furniture supplier's schedule failed. Even though it was not their responsibility, they actively took charge of the situation, were in contact with the supplier and looked for solutions so that the renovation would not stop. And as a result, the bathroom was ready almost on schedule! Maybe not the cheapest, but I would say that it was worth the price in terms of quality and a great experience!
The initial phase of the work went smoothly and communication was ok. However, later on, problems arose related to the repair, which required further clarification and led to further measures. Handling the liability afterwards was challenging. I recommend that clients agree on the responsibilities, warranties and repair method very carefully in writing in advance.
Excellent and trustworthy company. Jugofin has renovated one of the room in our house and the result is very good. The room used to be a storage with many pipes on the ceiling. The company has sent an excellent employee who found smart solutions to hide these pipes. The project also involved moving a wall and building a loft floor. The success of the project also comes from the excellent work of Dana in coordinating the renovation. She has been very responsive in finding the right solutions for us and in fixing small issues that may arise in such project. We are very grateful for the excellent work! Finally, the price was reasonable considering the extent of the work to be done.
