This gym is located in what is probably one of the busiest areas of Helsinki. Despite its central location, I have had a very positive experience here.<br><br>The facilities are excellent, and the gym offers a spacious and comfortable environment for training. The workout area is divided across two separate floors, which helps prevent the space from feeling overcrowded and provides a good variety of equipment and training areas.<br><br>Another major advantage is the large locker room. The changing facilities are well maintained and include a sauna, which is a great bonus after a workout.<br><br>The only downside is parking. Since the gym is located in the city center, parking options are quite limited and can be inconvenient. For that reason, I would recommend using public transportation instead of driving, as it is a much easier way to get there.<br><br>Overall, this is a well-equipped gym with great facilities and a convenient central location, especially if you are using public transport.
I really enjoy training at Fressi in Kamppi. The gym has a great atmosphere, it’s always clean and well organized, and there is always fresh coffee available, which makes the experience even better.<br><br>A special mention goes to Tanja at the reception. She welcomes everyone with a big smile and such a positive attitude that it genuinely makes coming here a pleasure. Her kindness and energy create a very welcoming environment.<br><br>Highly recommended gym in Helsinki!
Amo de paixão esse país e sinto.muita falta. Nao mim arrependo de ter voltado pq a proposta para eu ter ficado era nao ser eu. Era nao respeitar quem eu vi como um ser humano nota dez que nao merecia ser usado pelo interrese do dinheiro por mais que fosse alguns milhões de euros. Kkkk mas joia e o sentimento o pensamento que dinheiro em papel acaba e pensamento e memória das coisas boas que fizemos escrevemos em nosso intimo e vai junto conosco após nossa morte. Ninguém tira... niguem gasta .... ningiem herda. .
