I really enjoy training at Fressi in Kamppi. The gym has a great atmosphere, it’s always clean and well organized, and there is always fresh coffee available, which makes the experience even better. A special mention goes to Tanja at the reception. She welcomes everyone with a big smile and such a positive attitude that it genuinely makes coming here a pleasure. Her kindness and energy create a very welcoming environment. Highly recommended gym in Helsinki!

One of the better Fressi gyms, usually not too crowded even at 5/6pm. Not as much cardio equipment and some machines missing that other gyms have but overall pretty good. New hip thrust station is a welcome addition though.

Great gym. Lots of space for free weight lifters. Almost everything you need. Mens locker rooms have Finnish sauna and infrared sauna aswell.

I recommend it as this place is on the heart of Helsinki City Center. The place is so big and they have quality gym equiment. Only disadvantage is they only have 6 threadmills when I went last January 11th and one of those is not working.

I've been a member for ~8 months. Won't stop spamming me with sms messages months after I closed my subscription. Also a money grab. The cancellation notice is extremely long for no reason. Invoices don't get delivered and they will lock your subscription while also demanding you to keep paying (while your card is blocked). So if you miss an invoice (which often don't get delivered), you will keep paying while not having access for a month. The gym is nothing special, so price/value is quite bad for the ~80e/month.
