Probably the best gym in Helsinki. They literally have all imaginable equipment. Great sauna. Also one of the only downtown gyms that allow to buy weekly/monthly access (online) with no contract. Just call ahead first time to make sure the reception is open, they will give your key tag.

I've been coming to this gym since 2013 off and on. This has always been my favorite go to gym in Helsinki, up until this past year. Pros: - Wide selection of equipment. - cleaning supplies readily available. - Easy to use online store. Cons: - Price increase after re location (there are many equally good or better gyms for less cost) - New location is not as centrally located. - Worn out and out of alignment machines. - Weights constantly out of order and hard to find. - Most people do not seem to clean up after themselves. - Customer service is non existent. - Limited reception hours. - Smaller space after move. - Old lockers, which are easily broken into. All in all, this is a good gym if its convenient for you and/or you want to workout at a reputable place. The price to quality ratio is definitely not there anymore and you can find gyms with much more well maintained and up to date equipment if you search. In saying that, I would still highly recommend trying this place out for yourself and see if it meets your needs.

A fantastic variety of equipment, multiples of many of the pieces, to reduce any wait time and let you get the job done. Locker room is clean. Restrooms would benefit from a little attention. Over a good experience.
