Amazing gym, free weights, callisthenics bars, all kind or CrossFit equipment, Dj, Sauna and the lake/sea so you can refresh from the Sauna, highly recommend, world class gym !

We found this gym nearby our accommodation, and it was fantastic! Lots of high-quality machines, and the staff helped us get set up with a passcode to access the gym later in the day when the staff would be gone. Super nice to workout outside, and other family members enjoyed the sauna right beside, having no problem getting a last-minute booking there while others used the gym.

Best gym I have ever been. This is not just a gym, this is the place which makes all the sense for people who love real lifting and fitness. Love, Peace and Muscles for everyone 🙌🏻

I really enjoyed training here. The outdoor concept is fantastic and offers a completely different experience compared to a traditional indoor gym. Training in the fresh air under the Finnish summer sun was definitely one of the highlights of my stay in Helsinki. The equipment provided everything I needed for a solid workout, and the atmosphere was relaxed and motivating. If you enjoy outdoor training and are looking for something unique while visiting Helsinki, this place is definitely worth checking out. I would happily come back for another workout. 💪☀️🏋️‍♂️🇫🇮

Been traveling in Europe for years and been to many gyms. Genius and possibly the most enjoyable gym I've ever been to, simply because the Finnish morning and evening sun and temperature is perfect for some shirtless lifting. Nice view. Nice machine selection. Plate loaded for strong guys. Cables, dumbbell and isolation stuff and bench for everything else. Plus it's all staff-free and smooth. Plus sauna and other little extras. Not crowded. No loud music. Free lockers. Good value.
