Very large, well equipped gym. Plenty of barbells and plates, dumbbells, functional training area (including sled), lots of weight machines, and plenty of cardio machines. Offers day passes and 10 visit passes (can buy online but may need to visit during their reception hours if don't have Finnish personal ID number). Staff was very friendly, and responded quickly to my email. Heads up, Google maps may take you to the street side door, but entrance is inside University of Helsinki metro station.

Amazing gym! Unless you go in, you do not appreciate the size! Cheapest one time pass in Helsinki, though I would have been happy to pay for a 1 or 2 weeks membership if it was available. Lovely reception staff, very accommodating! Highly recommend 5*
