IsoJoo is fantastic! I first contacted them a little over a year ago to find cleaning help for my mother though she insisted she didn't need it. Well, she fell in love with the service and they now help her out on a regular basis. Since they got the seal of approval from her, my best friend tried them and was blown away, so they clean for her regularly and since this summer they take care of my home as well. Everyone is very professional, efficient and so polite and nice. They're so thorough when they clean that the rooms stay nice for quite a long while too. We all have the same favorite cleaning duo and keep saying we don't know how we ever managed without them. Thank you IsoJoo!
We used to use them weekly or bi-weekly and the service was good. Maybe at some point my partner had an issue with the servie or vice versa. Now I am moving out with a tight timeline. I spoke on the phone and they were friendly. They asked for some details and I confirmed with an email. Then later, even though all communication was in English sent out a cryptic message thst was in Finnish and difficult to understand about some behavior and canceling the service. Maybe I or my family are ar fault of something, but 1 star for not addressing this upfront, canceling with no notice, and the poor communication. Now I have 2 days less to find someone to help next week. That leaves me with less than 5 including the weekend. Thank you IsoJoo.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They’ve brought the best experience to the service. My house looks amazing and gives me the vibe of the first look. I strongly recommend the service. You’ll not be let down!
Jessa and Floriebel has done a phenomenal job with cleaning my garden, it was in bad shape needed to take out weeds by hand, it was a long job they spent 5h dedicatedly working on it, and I am super happy with their work. I have never received such excellent service previously from any other company, and this is the first time i got to know that i can claim tax credit for household expenses thanks to IsoJoo!
