Cleaning results are usually good but they promised to provide same cleaner every time. 3/5 was different cleaner and they informed the same morning that another cleaner comes another time… had to stop this as it is difficult with such an unreliable service to schedule own things.
If you ever fill the their website form, they will store your details indefinitely and make cold calls to you even years later. Who calls someone about a price quote year after the request? Also whole thing with the calls has the general air of unprofessional behavior. When asking for details why you are being called you are just left to hold indefinitely. In general this is just bad behavior and should not be done. I curious how they follow GDPR ?
I am very pleased with this cleaning service, punctual and kind staff and the quality of their work is amazing! Recommended to a friend as well :)
Did not stick to the agreed price. Sent without announcing or agreeing two cleaners instead of one, and billed double even though we had agreed upon a price a priori. Would caution you to be very careful with this company and go with someone else earning your trust. Scam warning!
