Good prices, knowledgeable Service and impeccable quality of installation! 👌🏻 Only negative thing to mention, was that after the Order was placed and Contract signed, purely zero communications prior the actual installation. Needed to call them up once to check that whether my order is still alive. After all, I’m happy about the result and the installation engineer’s efforts here onsite! He did a great job and cleaned up even all little debris after himself, highly appreciated! Also gave a quick guidance on how to use the new heat pump, and what are the maintenance cycles and such.
The Mitsu vilpi outdoor unit's compressor is broken. They went to confirm that it's broken and will get back to you. They said they'll find out what the repair will cost and what the new outdoor unit will cost and they'll be in touch. It's been over two months now and no information has come. The bill for 220e per hour came quickly. Well, now we'll get the device fixed through another company. That's all ISO thanks.
Excellent service
Did the service of my AC very efficient and friendly service. Only issue, after the person left I noticed wall and places where the person stood had a hit of dirt/stains. A quick clean with vacuum cleaner and moist towel cleaned the spots, but was not expecting to clean after the service. But all in all good service, can recommend
