The treatment didn't really help unfortunately. Somehow in the phone calls when I complained that treatment doesn't help I got hinted that probably we were not following the instructions or maybe we have a really bad situation and we're hiding that. But we were not only following the instructions exactly, we were paranoid about it! We were storing all our clothes and bedding in plastic bags and washing EVERYTHING after every treatment. Both me and my wife were extremely exhausted by all this. We are suspecting that bugs were coming from neighbors, because there were 2 times when we found the bugs quite far from the bedrooms and during the day. The Rentokil person said that they don't wander like that unless there's a huge nest. And chance that they come from neighbors is almost zero, especially since they did neighbor checks and haven't found anything. Well, but the bugs did wander during the daylight, we recorded 2 videos... And we didn't have any big nests, all in all we found maybe 6-7 bugs in 3 months... We also found grown up bugs after Rentokil treatments. Which I thought shouldn't be possible as the beds were supposedly treated very well, both with steam cleaner and with a pesticide. So of course eggs could have been left out, and maybe small bugs, but the grown up bugs which are relatively big? The beds in question are very simply built (they're children's beds from Ikea) and they don't have any hidden cavities, you can get everywhere with the steam cleaner easily. We ended up buying a steam cleaner and then finally we got rid of the bugs after 3 treatments we did ourselves (there were 5 unsuccessful treatments by Rentokil!). I also remember seeing somebody who looked like a pest control company working at our neighbors from below. So maybe they were coming from the neighbors after all? The bill was sent 1 year later, and also during the worst possible moment right before Christmas, when we're out of money. Very sad story :(

Bad experience, ineffective action. I thought I was ordering an expert to get rid of the rats in our yard in Paloheinä. Apparently there is no responsibility for results. The rats are running around the yard as before. You can see from the snow tracks that the poison bait boxes didn't interest the rats at all. I'm disappointed. The billing worked.

Professional and really friendly service. You get the feeling that they really care about their customers. The service of the dog sled they use also gets a full ten! The dogs were delivered quickly and the service was very good.

And the bugs are destroyed😁 Greetings to Mirva and Kaitsu🤣
