The overflow pipe for the toilet in the apartment was missing from the sink. As. Oy's maintenance company and another plumbing company said that a new overflow pipe was not available in Finland. LVI-Palvelu Uno found a new part within a day and came to install it. Extremely good service! I recommend it!
I initially contacted LVI-Uno based on good Google reviews and I was not disappointed. Good service and everything went as agreed. The job was to install water-circulated underfloor heating and do the plumbing for a kitchen renovation.
Few companies keep their promises and schedules, but the guys from this company did. These guys came as promised, brought the necessary products with them and did the job with a good attitude! They also made us laugh at the same time. They have replaced our faucet a couple of times and installed a washing machine.
Had the water pipes of the housing company (two separate houses) renewed and the toilet renovated. Really nice and professional guys taking care of the entire renovation. Efficient, clean result and the agreed upon things were adhered to. It was known that there would be some additional work requested after the offer was submitted as additional work. All additional work was discussed very openly. This is definitely not a given with all operators, so a big thank you for this. All the shareholders of the housing company are very satisfied with the renovation and the end result. We can highly recommend LVI-Uno. Thanks guys and have a nice summer!
I don't really like to give feedback.. but this guy deserves it completely! I'm myself a technical labour and I appreciate to find other technician ALWAYS ON TIME, always CAREFUL to the details, FAST and "human "price which is more than worth the job well done!
