Worst Experience of having Vehicle Insurance with Fennia. They deceive the customer and do not follow any EU laws. our company has been paying 3750 EURO/ Year. but they do not pay claim. Behave very Un-professionally. Please do not buy Fennia if you need claim better to pay to IF insurnace, Pohjola insurnce.
Do not take Fennia. The most unprofessional, rude and bad services all over. One of their insurance holder hit my car from back. Since that person didn't not claim, fennia says they can't cover me. Even though I have all the proof. I am taking a legal action if needed.

The worst insurance in Finland. After 3 weeks of insurance claim, they haven’t contacted me. When I called, had to wait 30 minutes to get connected. Then this is what they said, “we did not have time for your claim.” Can you say we did not have time to pay for your instalment?
One of the worst car insurance company in Finland. Rude customer support; highly unethical and uneducated behaviour approach towards the customers. Insurance premiums are among the most expensive and it doesn't cover everything. Biggest mistake to take their services. I will never recommend fennia for any insurance. Not recommended.
