Very responsive always, great service if you are planning to rent an apartment.

I cannot recommend this housing company enough. The entire process from getting feedback to my application, being offered a rental contract and getting it signed by both parties was incredibly smooth and fast. My real estate agent (Janita Uusikari) was so, so kind and professional, I have nothing but positive things to say. You also do not get ghosted or denied based on your not Finnish sounding name and I could do everything (even read the rental contract) in English. I cannot wait to move into my new home. :)
