I have tried contacting this company multiple times over an extended period, both by phone and email, and unfortunately, I have never received a proper response — neither positive nor negative. The complete lack of communication and professionalism has been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to others. I sincerely hope they improve their customer service in the future.😔😔😔
