Rasmus Pedassaar, one of its founders, is on top of things, answers emails quickly, even on weekends, and makes sure things are done timely and correctly. He is responsive and professional and that brings good value to the business.
Bad customer service, have to message multiple times and they can cancel your apartment renting process even last minute with response being nothing is sure till contract is signed. I did provided you with all the documents you wanted. And regarding signing lease by my wife was , it was just a question. I said it will be difficult to pay but never implied that I won't. And I got suitable apartment without any hassle in week unlike 1 month of process without any result.
