Avaimenluovutusohjeet todella huonot. Asiakas ei tee mitään sillä tiedolla, milloin saa koodin. Olisi tärkeätä viestiä, että avaimen saa automaatista aikaisintaan silloin, kun asunnon vuokrausaika alkaa. Meitä oli jonossa useampia epätietoisia odottamassa. Olimme kaikki saaneet viestin, jossa kerrottiin milloin saa koodin. Koodi ei toimi ennen asunnon vuokrausaikaa. Kaikki viestintä oli automatisoitua. En suosittele.

Am facut rezervarea direct pe site inainte sa citim recenziile. Abia cu 1 zi inainte de plecaream citit si sincer in prima faza ne-am ingrozit. In ciuda tuturor recenziilor negative pot sa afirm ca am avut parte de servicii foarte foarte bune. Studioul a fost foarte curat, utilat si echipat. Localizat foarte aproape de centru, dar si de gara...locatia a fost minunata. Inclusiv angajatii 2nd home au fost foarte amabili si atunci cand am avut intrebari si ne-am prezentat la sediul lor pentru a ne raspunde au fost amabili si receptivi la toate intrebarile noastre. Nu am avut nicio problema nici pe perioada sederii și nici ulterior. Inteleg ca poate alte persoane au avut experiente mai putin placute, dar noi recomandam serviciile lor. Voi alege si pe viitor serviciile oferite de 2nd home. Multumim pentru ca ati facut sederea noastra foarte placuta🙏!

Meillä oli asunto Kampissa jota oli vaikea löytää. Avain piti hakea toisaalta. Matkatavaroiden kanssa tämä ei ollut kivaa. Itse asunto oli vanha mutta ihan hieno. Erittäin suuri pettymys oli että yhdelle vieraista ei ollut pedattua sänkyä eikä pyyhettä. Vieraille ei ollut kaapissa kahvia tai teetä. Shampoo ja hoitoaine onneksi löytyi mutta näyttivät edellisiltä vierailta jääneiltä. Saunassa oli haju joka kertoi että sitä ei ole kunnolla pesty aikoihin.

Nos alojamos en un apartamento gestionado por esta empresa y al llegar estaba todo el apartamento sucio sin limpiar y en unas condiciones deplorables. Por si no fuera poco se limpian las manos y no hacen nada por solucionarlo y al final tras dejar el apartamento te cobran la fianza entera aun habiendo dejado el apartamento en mejores condiciones de las que lo cogimos. No se lo recomendaría a nadie es una estafa. Y el trato es horrible.
