Be very careful to take extensive pictures of every item in the appartment, every window and door, to prove everything was ok when you left. As you're going to be considered prey and they will invent a damage to keep your deposit. Or better not book with them at all. We didn't read the reviews and warnings here so we booked an appartment with 2ndhomes Helsinki last week. It was a bit uncomfortable to get the keys, as you have to pick them up at their central office which was not close to the apartment. Getting into the apartment was an ordeal, as there were several locks and even more unmarked keys. The place itself was beautiful and beautifully decorated, but at second view quite run down. Some unsafe sockets hanging out of the wall e.g. And quite dirty, especially the kitchen, which was also poorely equipped. Two pots and two pans, one pot has two matching lids, the other none e.g. We booked a two bedroom apartment for two people. Nonetheless it was assumed we would share a bed so only one was made. But it was only about half an hour after we left the big trouble began: we were accused of having left the balcony door open so that the wind slammed it and the window was broken. They would keep the deposit. Thank you for your understanding ...We had not even found the balcony, let alone touched the door as we arrived late and left early. It's an obvious scam ...and communication is very unhelpful.

What a lovely apartment in the heart of activity! We have a wonderful 4 day stay. The bed was so restful, and the space was clean, efficient, and well appointed. Everything you need is within arms reach, and it’s also a few minute walk to the central train station. We enjoyed the outdoor space and sauna too. 5 ⭐️s!

Cozy apartment with sauna in the middle of Helsinki. You pick up the key a little further with a code in a box, the instructions are sent to you super clearly, and if you have any questions you get an immediate answer. We will definitely return...

I’m a bit surprised with the bad reviews. My experience was great, since the moment I did the reservation, until we left the apartment. We took the key from their office and went to the apartment. Nicely furnished, with all the necessary commodities to spend a nice stay. Bed was comfortable, sale for the pillows. Shower was also good, water has a lot of pressure.
