A very positive experience. The choice of agent was absolutely spot on. My apartment was sold by Antti Kivelä - I highly recommend him. Antti is a professional in the field and he is very easy to work with. Everything went so well that you couldn't have hoped for better. The apartment also sold very quickly in my case. Thank you Antti!
I would like recommend Thomas Sorvari. I am a buyer, and a foreigner to Finland. Thomas is so helpful and answered me lots of questions in details and with patience, from before the first apartment visiting to after the transection finished, and in various aspects, from tax, regulation, registration etc . I truly appreciate it.
Huge thanks to Antti Kivelä. He literally saved me from disaster by selling my share of a property saving me from total colaps and handled all the necessary documents and sales for me as well. I would strongly recommend his services as a real estate agent to everyone especially the ones that are in a tricky situation like I was. His professionalism and positive attitude as well as the knowledge of this industry will provide success at the end of each deal. Thank you so much Antti.
