Bought an apartment several years ago via Blok, and it was really easy and quick. They have done all paperwork and scheduled an appointment in the bank. I had just to sign couple papers at my bank. Seems the seller was also happy about their service.

Blok are very quick to take your money, and then you barely hear from them again. We were with Blok for over two months and received just one lead in that entire time. Even that was handled badly. We ended up doing most of the communication with the potential buyer ourselves, while Blok made little to no effort to actively pursue them. Each time we asked for an update, we were told they had called, had no answer, and had left a voicemail. That was the end of it. No follow-up. No alternative approach. We later spoke directly with the buyer and found out no voicemails were ever left. They assumed we had sold the apartment because they never heard back. That alone says a lot. Communication from Blok was near non-existent. At one point, we went two full weeks without hearing anything at all. I had to chase them multiple times just to find out where we stood, what the plan was, or whether there even was a strategy. The response was often defensive. We were told they hadn’t been in contact because they “had nothing to update us on” and that they weren’t doing anything wrong. That attitude is unacceptable when you are paying for a service that depends on active engagement and clear communication. In reality, once someone comes to take the photos and the 3D video of the property for €500, that is essentially where the service ends. The photos were good, to be fair, but that was it. Everything beyond that was poor. No proactive sales effort. No regular updates. No sense that anyone was actually pushing to sell the property. I would not recommend Blok at all. If you value communication, follow-up, or any kind of active sales strategy, look elsewhere. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.

Sold my apartment in Ullanlinna in the beginning of the year. We went with their "etsivä" service first. However, no luck there. We didn't waste any time and we went straight to the public market. In a week I got an offer that was even higher than the asking price! I really recommend Blok as they are very efficient and have very good customer service. It's mind boggling why anyone would pay 3-5% to a "normal" real estate agency when they literally don't do anything extra for you, except that they show your apartment to potential customers. I mean, showing the apartment yourself is so much more efficient as you can dictate pretty well the timings etc. All the paperwork and legalities Blok takes care of, like any other agency. I literally saved around 25-30k for going with Blok. Definitely recommend this company to anyone who is not afraid to do the house touring him/herself.

Sold my studio apartment in Matinkylä with Blok. Sold after three showings and got a good price. Service was easy for me although I'm a foreigner and didn't have any prior experience with selling an apartment i Finland. Blok team guided me through the sales process.

Very clear communication during each step of the buying process. Anssi ensured that we were aware of anything relevant and took care of all details - both for us and the seller. We ended up not only with less work and stress, but also likely less total spending than what buying in the common market would have cost. Additionally, Blok is probably the only real estate website in Finland with clearly presented details on the properties (e.g. renovation details or whether the plot is rental or owned can be found immediately).
