Bo LKV Töölö

We were buyers in an apartment brokered by S.V., and our own experience was really negative. The offer negotiations were a really pressured situation, and in the last round the broker was outrageous towards us. According to the broker, the sellers were taking the apartment off the market after a stalemate between the offers, even though the broker himself had promised us the apartment for x price throughout the negotiations. We eventually ended up being flexible, but when we tried to negotiate other terms, the broker's reaction and style towards us was really annoying. If the story about withdrawing from the sale was really true, then it was confusing that the broker saw the need for an arrogant and patronizing tone when communicating with us. After the purchase, the apartment was found to have defects that had not been reported to us in advance. The broker has naturally washed his hands of this whole matter from our perspective, and has only stated that the seller had not reported any defects to him, and that we should agree on the matter with the seller between us. However, when negotiating with the seller, it turns out that the broker has provided such incorrect support for the negotiation that the shortcomings remain unresolved. Based on this experience, we cannot really recommend Bo LKV from a buyer's perspective. This was a lesson for us that buyers should also have some kind of security in housing transactions.

Buying a new home should be an exciting time, when years of hard work finally pay off. Bo LKV in Töölö made our time a nightmare. The agent responsible for the property was difficult to get in touch with. Either she would not reply to emails or, if she did reply, it would be in a sarcastic tone. The people covering for her during her holiday knew next to nothing about the property. On one showing, the two agents preferred to chat with each other rather than talk to potential buyers. And this bad attitude does not only hurt the buyer, it also hurts the seller. We were willing to offer a lot more than the amount the property sold for. Did the agent know this? Nope, because she probably did not read our emails or listen to our calls properly. So not only did Bo LKV in Töölö hurt us as buyers, it also lost money for its clients. I would not recommend Bo LKV for anyone wishing to make their home buying/selling a pleasant (or profitable) experience.
