Very rude and unprofessional broker. Pressured me to accept the offer against my will, no interest in answering questions when I finally accepted the offer. Threatened with sanctions and made fun of me. I cannot recommend Habita or its broker Minna Kostamo-Rönkä.
Our experience with Habita was disappointing. We missed an active and professional approach to sales, but communication remained distant, reactive and incompetent throughout the process When we asked what concrete steps would be taken to sell, the answer was: “I will hold viewings if necessary.” The strengths of our property were not highlighted, but the focus was mainly on the shortcomings. When we gave feedback, the reception was defensive, and the issue itself was not addressed very much. The level of communication was poor and the agent completely lacked genuine interest and responsibility. Our experience did not match the values that Habita describes on its website. We cannot recommend Habita to properties that need personal, insightful sales that understands the customer's needs.
Not a great service for landlords. Very expensive. Service is definitely not in accordance with prices.
Great for viewing properties.
The presenter/broker promised to send the attachments/links needed for the apartment search electronically, which never arrived. First, he directed me to a website on the screen that had been taken out of use, when this was revealed on the screen and I told the presenter about it, he promised to personally send the application links to my email. At this point, the presenter also admitted that he had himself taken the search link out of use. (Why did he even direct me to the website if he knew this?) So the presenter had removed the apartment search option even before the screen, without announcing this anywhere. Despite the promises, I never heard from the presenter, when I finally got a hold of him by message and after calling him, the apartment had already been moved. Customer service was also promised to be in touch and the contact information was taken down to investigate the matter, but the same service came from there. Where do they collect contact information?
