We recently bought an apartment from Lauri and I can say that everything went really well! The apartment was exactly as described in the sales announcement and all the necessary documents were ready for potential new owners. A big recommendation, because Lauri is a complete professional in his work and gets things done with incredible energy!

I can't recommend it. The estimate was over the top and a group of people who don't have a loan promise were dragged to the screens late at night, while we were waiting with a small child elsewhere. When there was no result, a price reduction was proposed and we were given strange explanations, about the world situation, etc. I didn't get an answer as to why the world situation wasn't included in the price estimate when the contract was signed. In addition, Lauri started advising a structural engineer on the renovations (a reason for the price reduction, which wasn't included in the estimate either). One star for the fact that the contract was terminated and we sold the apartment ourselves and got more in hand. There's also no ambiguity about what the broker has told the buyers. I would be very wary if a cheap condition survey, renovation offer or other thing comes from a "partner" through this company. At least when I write this, some of the reviews are from other brokers. I don't like writing bad reviews, but Lauri's behavior was rude.

Lauri helped us buy our first home in Helsinki. He was very helpful. The process went so smooth that we were a bit shocked by the result. I'd definitely recommend working with him.

5/5 once again Lauri! We found our dream house in July 2024. However, we did not intend to move in such a difficult market situation. Despite the risks, we decided to start selling the house because we already knew a broker who would definitely get the job done. We made a conditional offer for our dream house, which was valid for 3 months. Then the most difficult and tedious phase began, the process of selling our own house. A broker at a home showing told me that it would be a lottery win if you could sell your house within six months in this market situation. We started mentally preparing ourselves for the fact that this could take a while, and in the worst case scenario, we would lose our dream house. When our conditional offer was only a month away, I told Lauri that panic was starting to set in! Lauri immediately rolled up his sleeves and increased the visibility of our house on various platforms. Lauri also brought his colleague Matin into the sales work, with whom they sold our house 2 weeks before our conditional offer for the house of our dreams would have expired! The only thing I was upset about for Lauri was that we don't think we can get him to do sales work in Central Finland if we ever wanted to give up our new house. I don't think we would ever leave here again ❤️ The buyer of our house also really liked Lauri because he was also in a difficult situation with the sale of his own house and had received support from Lauri on the way there. The buyer of our house said that he also knows an agent if he ever starts selling the house. Lauri is an agent who cares about both the seller and the buyer. This is clearly visible in everything he does. It was also visible now and he got another new client. We also had previous sales experience with Lauri 4 years ago, when he sold our apartment in Jätkäsaari incredibly quickly & for a good price. I didn't quite believe that the price we asked for would be met and I told Lauri that I don't believe in the amount you're proposing, and what if we asked for a little less? Lauri assured us that he had done all the background work carefully and we trusted his professionalism. The apartment in Jätkäsaari was sold immediately and at the price Lauri had promised. Usually, paying a commission is something that makes the seller cringe, but I can say with my hand and heart that in Lauri's case it didn't make the cringe at all, not then, and not now. The result of his work is worth every cent! Having sold many apartments, I can only say that good work is worth paying for. Thank you Lauri for everything!
