We put a 4-bedroom, 88.5m2 apartment in Mellunmäki up for sale on 11/24 with Mika Leinonen's claim. The deal was closed on 2/25, with a good 3-month wait. The sales brochure came quickly, high-quality, with professional photographer's interior photos and Mika's drone exterior photos. The estimated sales price was on the high side, the final sale was 11% below the starting price in the brochure. The brokerage fee was reasonable, the initially agreed upon percentage of the purchase price + the photographer's fee covered the entire process, no additional charges. Mika kept in close contact with us the whole time and helped us at every stage. The timing was difficult, similar apartments in the neighborhood have been sold with a significantly longer sales time and a lower price per square meter. I highly recommend! Reijo Mäki
