Avoid this agency at all costs! About a year ago we had a really unfair endeavour upon ending our contract. This agency buddies up with private landlords and instead of supporting your legal and rightful tenant rights for returning the security deposit, they took no action to address the unfair withdrawal of 700 euros from our deposit. Legally, if you sign a contract with an agency they are supposed to be non-partisan and defend the tenant’s rights. Instead, not only did they ignore our numerous emails which was very unprofessional but they also took no action to protect our rights further. To specify further, the landlord claimed that they needed 700 euros to clean the apartment and dispose of some objects that we left behind (a mattress, a pillow, and some kitchen silverware for example). Even if they did use a service for this they failed to deliver any receipts to prove of these costs (an action that is illegal). Overall, this agency failed to perform their legal and professional duties.

Once again excellent and diligent service. I have been using Niclas’ services with the apartment that I rent for many years already and I am so grateful for his always active and friendly assistance in finding the right tenant, managing the process from A to Z at the beginning and at the end of the renting period. Especially I want to mention the incredible energy and active efforts Niclas is ready to put to find a proper tenant in periods when the market may be more difficult. I can warmly recommend his services.
