The treatment of the client (the seller of the apartment) is arrogant and uncooperative. The agent has hung up on me more than once when I have tried to negotiate the terms of the apartment. If I have asked (even once or twice) for better times for public showings, the response has been a straight smiley face and refusal without any real reason or discussion. Then I received fake explanations and lies until suddenly they suggested different showing times again without any explanation. I cannot recommend as long as the agents act arrogantly and uncooperatively towards their clients.
Strand already had a familiar and good salesperson serving, so it was of course a good choice for the sales process. Thank you!
