First of all, the client service was exceptional! The communication with Tuukka before the move went smoothly and he always listened to our needs and proposed services accordingly. Our move was difficult because there’s an extremely heavy 1000kg music box to dissemble and move all the parts into the storage unit; the distance from the truck to our new home was very long. Despite these difficulties, Juan’s team was very efficient and professional in packing and moving. One team member Jan was very good at assembling furnitures. They always found solutions whenever there’s a problem. Thanks again for all! Also, they are really nice and reliable people! I highly recommend working with Kengurut if you have a relatively difficult move.

Very helpful removal service and the booking was smooth. I would have given them 4 stars but was shocked when I received a large bill for the removal boxes I rented by the day! This was not made clear at any point in the transaction until I received a bill.
