Guys who came to help me were friendly and nice. They do work very smoothly and quick. They also carry stuff carefully and I really liked that part. One great surprise for me was that they even asked me for a ride to move to my new place. I was about to go by using public transportation but I could get a ride eventually. 1 start is missing because 2 parts of one of my shelves were missed wheels during this moving out. Except for that, I was very satisfied with their service ! I would definitely use them again if I need in the future ! :) I just found another problem on my tv-shelf now :( There was no scratch or crack on my tv-shelf before my moving out. Now I found a big crack on my tv shelf.. ;( They didn’t say anything about it to me before they leave.. Mmm, now I would reconsider if I order them again in the future or not… :(

Everything worked out perfectly from start to finish. The movers were fast, friendly, and reliable, and such a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly personable, helpful, and kind, making the whole experience stress-free. Communication over phone and email was clear and professional throughout. I booked the smallest van but was pleasantly surprised when a larger vehicle showed up, which made the job even easier. The driver was skilled, professional, and assisted with both loading and unloading. I used the “man and van” service for transporting a bed with frames, and the vehicle arrived right on time, with everything handled smoothly and quickly. Overall, an excellent service, prompt, efficient, and trustworthy. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving or transport help. Thank you so much Team.

I do NOT recommend, as they are not professional enough… It was 2 hours contract for 70m2 apartment at first (of course, extra to be considered in case taking bit time) However, in the end, they spent 5 hours and at least 30 min. out of 5 hours, the driver was stuck in snow his truck on the way to go my new home and it takes 30 min. to getting out from there, therefore, the has been extended which has been included in the cost. All bigger furnitures were pre-informed with sizes (and also which one cannot fit into elevator). And estimated number of cardboard boxes were also informed. However, the one of staffs were always complaining, “too many items”, “items are too heavy”, “those cannnot be fit into the truck”, “I’m tired”, and so on. Quite slow to work all the time (which I believe the reason why 5 hours). And the most disappointed was that we found some broken on items which are a stand lamp and my daughter's corner desk. One of arms of stand lamp was broken and the lamp shade was also scratched. The corner desk was, some of joint are loosen and crack around there, as they tried to dismantle forcefully(which I did not want that dismantle). Nothing coverage for that…

On 15.12, I filled in the price inquiry form on the website. Within 10 minutes, I received a response informing me about the cost, and asking if I want to book the service, which I did - I also replied within 10 minutes. I also asked about the payment method, to which I never received a response. Perhaps my mistake, but I assumed that, since I had confirmed the booking, that on 19.12 at 12:30, as agreed, I could expect the team to come pick up the items. It appeared that I was wrong to assume that, because no one showed up at the agreed hour - nor have I received a reply to the email thread, or phone calls. I also contacted them on their WhatsApp business account, and received a response 4h later. In the meantime, since I needed the items to be picked up today, I decided to go through the booking form on their website. As it seemed they accepted last minute requests, I made a booking for 14:00 (I sent the form at about 12:50), and received an email informing me that the booking is pending confirmation. At 13:30 I received a confirmation for pick up at 15:00. At 14:45, I received an email and a text that the driver is on the way and it would take approximately 30 minutes. They finally arrive at 15:20, and pick up the items as it should have been done at 12:30. Needless to say, I am happy that I got rid of old furniture, however I am very disappointed in the customer service. Unfortunately I ended up wasting the majority of the day, waiting at home. P.S. I received a reply to the message on WhatsApp one hour after the workers left my place.

I booked transport (man with van) of an antique cupboard. René, the driver, and his colleague were quick and handled it with care. I can highly recommend them. Booking the gig was easy, with good communication throughout the whole process was stressfree. If the need arises, I will book the same again.
