Advertises a solar panel calculator, but it doesn't exist

The installation was professional. However, I was not informed of the exact time of the installation, so I was lucky that I happened to be at home when the installer arrived.

Excellent service from Fiksusähkö 2022 (now part of Wirmax), customer service was expert, attentive and discreet. The goods arrived and the installation was done on time and with the customer in mind. The installation was quick and listened to the wishes, the installation team was nice and there were no "extra marks" left from the installation. The installation took place on a previously installed sheet metal roof, where it seems to be the simplest to install. Aftercare and advice have also worked and we have now ordered a relay with retrofitting to direct solar electricity to larger electricity consumers, i.e. the hot water heater in the summer and the 3 kW resistor installed inside our fireplace that stores energy in the spring / autumn. Our roof faces east / west, to the southwest of us is an undeveloped plot with tall trees. This made us suspicious at first. Smart Electricity nicely and realistically estimated which months we could expect to receive solar electricity, and how many panels it was worth installing. 10.2 kW power plant, 27 panels. The panels are two-part, so the entire panel will not startle and switch off if a little shadow falls on any part of it. With the temperature swings of the past winter, there was surprisingly little production in each winter month, which seemed good for a direct electric heater. The center is Kacon, whose online service / reporting I would not praise as brilliant. Helen's online service is not the best A-class compared to some others, on the other hand, it is easy to get caught up in production monitoring... There has been some public discussion about failed installation work, our installers all had 10+ years of solar installation experience and qualifications, so I would be hopeful that there would be no problems. From Espoo's perspective, I recommend solar panels, even though we are on the gentle northern slope of a large hill.
