What a wonderful, cozy, warm and bright store. There is no lack of light or electricity. The store has all kinds of lamps and bulbs, but also electric supplies. They do repairs and provide electronics' parts. The staff - family owned - are the happiest people on earth and super cheerful. They took me on a history journey to their storage. There's plenty of history and artifacts to open a XX ( 20th) Century museum. Check out some of my pictures to find what I'm referring to.
The interior light in the refrigerator went out. I opened the case and a rather special lamp came out, it wasn't a standard spiral lamp like this. I took a picture of it and used Google to find out where to find one and how much it costs. The lamp and price from Hammar's company were clearly visible. So the website was good. I ordered it and the post office was quick and the lamp was in place and the light came on. Thanks to the packer, it lasted well during the transport.
Bad service. Bad communication.
Awful online customer service. I have been trying to reach them several times ( in the last 6 months) by email/WhatsApp because the official technical service of my diswasher's brand recommend it. No answer to any of my emails. In WhatsApp they asked me my contact information to reach me but still waiting. I wouldn't recommend to use their "huolto".
Good selection and skilled staff, which reflects to the pricing, also.
