Good service. Spare parts for Kärcher pressure washer were found on the shelf. I got the wrong pipe the first time, but thanks to Kärcher's spare parts system I was able to replace the pipe with the right one even though I had lost the receipt. The cylinder head came out right the first time. No more leaks.
4 minutes and a new pressure washer hose was in hand, fast service and a nice salesperson
The question of whether you used the services of this company had to be answered with a no, because the promised maintenance man never contacted us or showed up. Part 2. The maintenance man arrived as he did in the end. He left and left the job unfinished. After that, he disappeared somewhere, did not answer the phone or call requests. We bought a new washing machine. This company can keep its jack. Part 3. And this did not end there. Tiusanen sent an invoice for another €140. Part 4. The invoice was as unclear as possible, travel compensation for a 5 km trip was €70. The repair estimate for the machine was €414 and after signing the contract, the hunt for spare parts would have only just begun, if they had been found for the 12-year-old machine. Of course, the invoice should have been paid even if no parts had been available because of the contract.
Thank you for the good service when I needed to replace the drain hose on my washer dryer. The ordering of the new part went smoothly, the cost estimate was accurate, the replacement went well, and the subsequent work was flawless.
The charging stopped working in my Kärcher stick vacuum cleaner and I brought the device here for service. After testing the charger, the service person was sure that the fault was in the charging circuit board and/or the batteries. They said it wasn't worth replacing them for the price. I left the device for inspection. When I called back a week later, the same service person said that the circuit board was broken, and you can leave the device here on the dumpster. Well, I still got the vacuum cleaner back for myself, even if it was for spare parts. I decided to open the device with my own hands. I was very surprised when I opened the casing and noticed that one of the wires on the motor circuit board had come loose from its socket. I clicked the wire back into place and tried to charge the vacuum cleaner. The charging worked perfectly. Nothing on the circuit board had broken. I've been using the vacuum cleaner for a couple of weeks now and everything is still working. The service at the store was friendly. But I wonder if they even opened the entire vacuum cleaner for their "inspection"?
