Excellent experience! Joel's professionalism in planning and implementation is a diamond in the rough. We came to the planning meeting without any detailed plans and surprisingly quickly received sketches that looked exactly like ours. The main drawings were made so that the building inspectorate had nothing to complain about and the building permit process went quickly and the permit came quickly. Communication was very smooth and the response was quick. Full marks from us!

The design went great and our wishes were listened to, the base turned out to be very functional and visually the house looked like us. The customer experience was at its peak when we finally got to walk inside our new house with virtual glasses. The architects also had common sense in the design and our project stayed within the set budget and even came in under budget due to good structural decisions.
