BAUHAUS Oulu

I get lots of things here. I like the frame selection and good strong magnets. Save lots of time by asking for help. Good people there.

I had very satisfying experience for few years and this place was always first choice. Staff were always friendly and helpful. However, last few times I visited were completely surprising. This store customer service has been a complete upsidedown for me. Last visit at garden area, several staff were very engaging in their chat behind the desk. When I asked for help, I was given dead cold look. One staff couldn't even wait to finish with me. For me, this is a good store if you know exactly what you want. Make sure to study store layout well. Because if you ask for help, they won't be shy letting you know what a burden of the day you are to them.

When we went there before Christmas we were looking for a hdmi switcher, the sales person went to get us one. Sadly we did not inspect it and once home discovered it was a splitter, so we returned it today. The sales person, today, understood what I was wanting and quickly took us to them. He then helped more by opening and checking battery requirements for the remote. Very good experience overall - I do not speak Finnish but with the help of a good staff I was able to correct the original mix up with no problem

This hardware store has almost every material, tool and part you might need for your house, workshop and garden. Very friendly and helpfull service. I checked out new wallpapers.

Amazing store with a wide range of products for building, home stuff, garden, sauna, etc... Friendly and helpful staff. It is quite cheap. It is available a big car parking just in front of the store.
