The product has not worked for a single day as it should. Purchased installed. They are even trying to bill for warranty work. The fault started during the warranty period and years later it still does not work. The garage freezes when fighting with the door that stays open and the family is late for every place they are going. There is no separate switch or instructions even for forced operation, sometimes it can be lowered in a few seconds, sometimes the whole family is pressing the buttons all morning. This is a ten-ton industrial door that is used in civilian use. I don't even want to know what kind of crap those made for home use are. I do not recommend it.
