Rempaparkon renovations vol. 152. The original 80s toilet and kitchen were completely updated. For the first time, I was the so-called foreman, supervising all the actors (contracting, electrician, plumber, Topi kitchens, permit process, purchasing HVAC furniture and other supplies, etc.) - in addition to my own busy day job. Seppälä&Mustonen carpenter Tomi made all the demolition and interior work ready for use (Topi's installer put the cabinets in place) and even though my own vision of the end result was clear, Tomi suggested many good tips that I would not have thought of myself. Even though the schedule was challenging, Tomi did a meticulous job, and his supervisor Sami was always reachable, and they were great at contacting other actors that I had ordered as a customer. (Tom's gut didn't disappoint when I told him that the design of both the kitchen and the toilet came from their lighting...)🤣 Having renovated several apartments from the 1990s to the present day, and also having one apartment built, I can say that I prefer companies that maintain the quality of their work, keep to their schedule, don't try to charge extra AND listen to the customer with a close ear!
