VIK-Rakennus commissioned a felt roof renovation and the construction went on schedule and with professionalism. Although there was some room for improvement in communication, we were quite satisfied with the overall result and the price-quality ratio.

A lot of workers despite the intense heat! Due to the rush (is it?), some of the board scrap was not taken away and I had to go and clean up & repair the neighbor's house myself, even though I had been told about it. However, the work was good and we got a nice terrace!

We chose Vik Construction based on a tender to build a cold 60m2 carport/storage in our yard. Vik Construction made the frame with the necessary fire compartments, installed the batten boards and made the waterproofing. The schedules were met and the work progressed well. There were a couple of small bugs, but they were fixed by mutual agreement. We were satisfied after the work. A professional construction company. Thanks to Ville and Jer.

Full renovation of the exterior cladding of the Rintamaiestalo house in Kastelli + other fixes. We are very satisfied with the price and the quality of the work. We have hired VIK-rakennus twice for large renovations in our home (sauna, bathrooms, laundry room, and entrance), and we have been very happy both times. Ville's crew does very good work, and the prices are very reasonable.
