The girls are so kind and polite, and they know their job, which is hard. I appreciate their work when I can't do it myself anymore. Everything is shining. I'm happy.

I expected light cleaning from the "monthly cleaning", but the result of the work was really good. In the children's rooms, the beds were made, clothes were swept off the floors, vacuuming, dusting and wiping the countertops. The boys even had their mouse mats wiped and tidied. The girls cleaned while I did laundry using both my own and the company's machines. An efficient day. I am really satisfied.

Good impression every time. They even manage to get by in an apartment of a single person with ADHD & Asperger's who has a mess of machine parts and pets because I like to tinker and I'm always either busy or have health problems. The focus has always been on the essentials. I leave this as a clear instruction to them because I know that different people may have different definitions of essentials, but I have always received 100% of what I have asked for, except maybe once or twice in two years. You can also see and feel from the cleaners that they are good people and good employees in general, the kind that you really dare to let into your home and it's not just superficial manners, I really trust this group. The only time there was a small disagreement, the matter was easily handled through customer service and it didn't bother me at all.

Now for about 6 months the cleaners have been coming every 4 weeks. The quality of work is always excellent and when I have happened to see the cleaners themselves they have been really friendly. What has been done is always noted in the "cleaning log" and nice greetings are always written! It is easy to give full marks. Service worth every euro!
