This company does the job properly. I ordered a cleaning service for an air-source heat pump worth about 300 euros. The service person came and said that it looked pretty clean, and that there was no need to do as thorough a service as I had ordered. Many other companies would probably have been happy to do unnecessary service and invoice the full amount, but this guy honestly only did a check-up and invoiced about 90 euros. At the same time, he gave me a tip that the sound the device made could go beyond the warranty service. I have now ordered free warranty service from this company. A very warm recommendation for this unit!
Incredibly good service. 👌🏻 The air heat pump was not blowing warm air. Another company would have charged €390 for the service and thought there was an 80% chance the pump would work after the service. Based on the recommendation, I called KylmäCenter and received instructions on how to possibly fix the problem. I followed the instructions and the pump is working again. Thank you very much, I don't have to think about who to turn to in the future for these problems.
