I cannot recommend it. A 2-week turnkey kitchen renovation from a supposedly high-quality supplier turned into an almost 2-year battle for my rights. The problems started right after the first installations, with the installer being, in Puustell's words, "even classless in places" and continued throughout the renovation, including in the quality of the materials, the quality of the installation work, failure to clarify issues, and delivery problems. Things only started to be resolved when I was able to fill out a customer feedback survey, which arrived in my email while the kitchen renovation was still in progress. After this, the factory's quality controller contacted me and we continued the complaint process with him for over a year. Finally, we received a wardrobe as compensation, but we paid full price for the kitchen. Finally, the kitchen is now as it should have been and the unsustainable material (painted MDF) has been replaced with another. The counter cabinet received as compensation is good. However, the kitchen renovation caused almost two years of intense stress, sleepless nights, resentment, belittling by Puustell's management, and I have spent several working days sorting things out and doing management tasks. With a kitchen in this price range and the promises on the website, one could have expected to get a high-quality kitchen and the service that we decided to pay for when choosing Puustell as our supplier. In the future, I will buy my renovations elsewhere.
Handling complaints is painfully difficult. Once the order is paid, the service just stops.

I definitely don't recommend it. Too many measurement errors, you have to wait for a machine to replace a broken home appliance for who knows how long. A temporary machine came, but it didn't work either and on top of that it smelled of mold. Not a very nice surprise in a new house.
Professional, cheerful and competent service. The kitchen and bathroom furniture in our new home comes from Puustell.
