In the spring, it was agreed via email that they would come to assess the site after the snow had gone. Nothing was heard when I asked about the situation in early summer, the answer was that they would be in touch by tomorrow at the latest. The next day, the company announced that they would not take on the project. In the future, I will avoid that company.
